Meeting Meals & Event Catering

Exceptional In-House Kitchen

Every meal at Maritime Conference Center is prepared on site by our own kitchen team. In-house dining and corporate catering are both handled here, so there is no outside caterer to book, no delivery window to manage and no second contract to sign.

Three Buffet Meal Services Make Choices Easy

Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the Chesapeake Dining Room. Break service is set up near your meeting rooms in the morning and afternoon. Event catering handles receptions, banquets and private group meals when your agenda calls for something separate from the dining room.

Great Location, Minutes From BWI

Maritime Conference Center is a meetings-only conference campus at 692 Maritime Boulevard in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, minutes from BWI Airport, with complimentary parking and airport shuttle service.

Make It Easy With the Day Meeting Package

Lunch and both morning and afternoon break service are included in the Day Meeting Package, starting at $149 per person, along with meeting space, AV, Wi-Fi, parking and BWI shuttle service. Breakfast, dinner and event catering are priced separately.

Pricing is subject to applicable sales tax.

What Our Guests Are Saying

The group couldn’t stop raving about the food at lunch. I believe this has now become our new off-site retreat location. Thank you for everything.
Kirsten Lichtner-Baase Loyola University Sellinger School of Business
The location, conference room, refreshments and lunch were excellent. Your dining facility is amazing! If that was lunch, I can only imagine what dinner service is like.
James Krempel Outreach Coordinator, Anne Arundel County Office of Emergency Management

Meeting Meals

All meals are served buffet style in the Chesapeake Dining Room and prepared in-house daily. Breakfast, lunch and dinner each include a full salad bar, hot entrées and a dessert selection. Iced tea, Coca-Cola fountain drinks, fresh coffee and hot tea are available at every service.

Groups eat on a set daily schedule, which keeps agendas on time and eliminates the need to plan meal breaks around off-site restaurants or transportation.

The Chesapeake Dining Room is open to anyone who purchases a meal. If your group requires a private setting, private dining space may be available at an additional cost.
