DINING & CATERING

We’re dedicated to keeping you and your guests satisfied throughout the day. Begin with our buffet-style menu offerings in the Chesapeake Dining Room, enjoy a variety of sweet and savory snacks from our Central Break Service, and elevate your experience with our Event Catering menu.

DINING ROOM

Guests rave about our delicious, homemade buffet-style meals. Enjoy a hearty breakfast, lunch, or dinner featuring freshly prepared salads, hot entrées, and side dishes. Every day, we offer a selection of sumptuous cakes and ice creams. Pair your meal with an iced tea, a drink from our Coca-Cola fountain, or a fresh hot coffee or tea.

DAILY – 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Weekends are based upon occupancy.

BUFFET

  • Scrambled eggs
  • Tater tots or hash browns
  • Pork bacon and sausage
  • Turkey bacon and sausage
  • Biscuits and sausage gravy or cream chipped beef

SALAD BAR

  • Fresh-cut and whole fruit

FULL HOT GRILL

  • Hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, sweet potato fries. A selection of options, including steak and cheese, veggie burgers, and one Chef's Special.

FULL DELI

  • Pre-made sandwiches and a make-your-own selection, featuring fresh deli meats and cheeses, assorted toppings, condiments, and fresh homemade chips.

DESSERTS

  • Options including cakes, pies, cookies, dessert bars, and ice cream station.

DAILY – 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
